Two students allegedly shot dead on UCC campus

Two students allegedly shot dead and several others injured as armed robbers trooped into two lecture halls on University of Cape Coast campus with guns.

The information gathered indicates that this woeful incident occurred around 9pm last night as a gang of armed robbers strafed on students who were learning at that time. 



These robbers attacked two lecture halls , LT and CALC and ceased a lot of student's belongings including laptops, mobile phones and several accessories. Two students have been alleged shot dead and others stabbed with knives.

On interview with one of the victims he pounded on the fact that security men around at that time had only torch lights with them to fight these robbers.
